Qualifications for Voting1

Imagine if there were to be no more electoral votes in the U.S. and everyone directly voted for president. There would probably have to be a few qualifications before you could vote. You would have to be a legal citizen of the U.S. We couldn’t have someone from another country voting for our president. Also, you would have had to have a good education because if you haven’t learned anything, you won’t know who would make a good president because you wouldn’t know what was happening. Other than that, I can’t think of any other restriction on who should vote.
