Hey guess what! The list was up today and…..
I Made It!
I know you might say congratulations but before you do I just want to say that it’s a small part and I’m a little disappointed. My friends keep saying that it’s a good part I just wish and feel like I could have done better. Maybe someone can cheer me up a little.
By the way, I got Little Red Riding Hood’s Grandmother which is sort of wierd but I wish I had done better. Please try and cheer me up.

I support John McCain. John McCain thinks we should continue our fighting in Iraq, and although I don’t think the war should have been started, I don’t think we should just end it now. Also, McCain thinks that we should allow guns to be permitted. Some people need guns to protect themselves and hunt for dinner. McCain believes that the biggest priority of a president is to protect the lives of Americans and protect their freedoms and rights. I know I can’t vote and I’m young so I don’t know much about the candidates, but based on what I know, I support McCain.

There are millions of people in the world that are suffering from poverty. They are spending each day begging for food and money or praying that they will live through the night. Those people are starving, tired, and cold. They want someplace to be fed and warmed. They have so little. How would you feel if you were in this situation? What if one day you woke up and your little brother or sister had died of starvation? We have so much and they have so little. We spend our time on computers and texting friends. We are lucky that we even have computers and phones. They spend their days trying to survive. We have enough money to buy food and “pig out,” when they can barely eat a snack or meal. We’re listening to music on our ipods while they huddle together for warmth. It’s so sad to think about the poor lives being lost because of poverty. We complain about going to school while they dream of getting an education.
Next time you complain about something, think about these people who don’t even have an option. Think about them and maybe you won’t be so selfish. Reme, ber them when you walk down a street and see someone alone on the side of the rode.
Life is too short to spend it complaining because you can lose all that you have in a moment. Think about that. Just ponder it in your head and leave a comment to tell me what that means to you. stubc08

Well, I am right now. I tried out for the school musical a couple weeks ago. See, there’s only 20 parts and 120 people tried out! That’s why I’m scared. But, the callback list is finally getting put up on Tuesday. That’s why I’m excited. I hope I get a callback. I’ll tell you if I did on Tuesday!
P.S. The play is called Into The Woods.

I live in Connecticut in the U.S.A. It is a great state with a lot of trees. It’s not very mountainous and it’s not extremely flat. It’s just in between. You can go to this website for tourist information-http://www.ctvisit.com/
Here’s a map of CT…

A typical day would be getting up at 6:30 A.M. and being at school by 8:00. We learn Math, Social Studies, Language Arts and Science. Those are the four main subjects. We also take foreign language (I take Spanish), Unified Arts, Physical Education, and Music. I go to public school and it’s not that big, but it’s a good school.
I would suggest you visit the Peabody Museum of Natural History. I went there in elementary school and it was awsome. Also, you should go to the Bearsdley Zoo or Maritime Aquarium.
There are so may things to see and do in CT. I’m glad I live here and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. stubc08
